I think we all know that I am the worst at blogging. Some people have a natural talent for keeping up with their blog… or perhaps they’re just a little more disciplined than I? Either way, I know that I’m terrible at it. And as I’ve said numerous times before, I’m going to make an effort to be better at this blog thing – especially when it comes to blogging sessions and weddings. Pinky promise.
Kicking off my new blogging campaign is the first wedding of the year for me (yes, I’ll get the sessions from earlier this year up on this bloggie very soon). You might remember this couple from the Wedding Giveaway in late 2011. They were the lucky winners as voted by all of you.
Melissa and Rob celebrated their wedding day with their closest friends and family in an intimate ceremony in the beautiful Fitzgerald Suite of the Seelbach Hilton Louisville. There was lots of laughter, tears and plenty of love to be shared on their day. It was truly a day that I was beyond honored to be a part of.

Congratulations Melissa and Rob! I wish you all the best.
Last weekend I got to photograph sweet Miss Marlee for her one year photos. Her mommy told me that her birthday party theme will be Alice in Wonderland. Soooooo… we just HAD to have a themed photoshoot! Once a photographer gets a vision in their stubborn skulls, it’s gonna happen – or else!
Our session turned out perfectly! We had decent weather (which can be very hit and miss in Indiana) and a lovely little tree for our backdrop.
Here are some of my faves from our sweet little shoot!

And one with Mommy + Daddy!

A couple of weekends ago I got to meet up with Lea Ann and Mason to do their engagement photos. We had some insanely great weather that weekend, so we took full advantage and did their photos outdoors. These two are super cute and lots of fun. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in September.
Here are a few of my favorites from our session.
Thanks for a great session, Lea Ann and Mason!
